In Icon Valley Phase II, as well as ready properties, we also have residential plotsavailable for customers to purchase. This provides the freedom to personalize your living in accordance with your own desires and requirements, and have the peace of mind of doing so in our safe, gated society where we have a large variety of facilities and amenities, to ensure comfortable and luxurious living at a moderate rate.
Our residential plots are available in 3, 5, 6 and 10 marlas, which have the following measurements:
3 marla plots – 22 x 30 ft, Total Area – 675 sq.ft
5 marla plots – 25 x 45 ft, Total Area – 1125 sq.ft
6 marla plots – 27 x 50 ft, Total Area – 1350 sq.ft
10 marla plots – 35 x 65 ft, Total Area – 2250 sq.ft
These residential plots are available in different locations, e.g. on our 50 ft road, 100 ft Main Boulevard, facing parks and golf course, etc. the latter of which would include an extra charge of 10%.
All residential plots are available with a 30% down payment and after that, an easy 3.5-year payment plan in installments. The development and earthwork of our Phase II are currently underway and the plots will be ready to be handed over in approximately 1 year’s time.
For the ease and facilitation of our customers, they will be allowed to start construction of their dream homes on possession of their plots, alongside these installments
