Icon Valley Phase 2 is our second project on Main Raiwind Road, Lahore, almost 3km before Icon Valley Phase 1. Our Phase II has a frontage of 104 feet with an on the Main Raiwind Road Lahore.  The total area of our Phase II is 364 canals with a 100 feet Main Boulevard starting from the entrance till the end passing across the whole project. Icon Valley Phase 2 is a project that we established to fulfill the growing demand in the housing sector of Pakistan. The land for Icon Valley Phase 2 was first acquired in November 2017 and the paperwork started for applying the necessary approvals from the LDA in early 2018.

Maintaining the elegance and grandeur of our first project, Phase 2 is also of a very contemporary, 21st-century style. With a 23 Kanal lush, green golf course, two stunningly designed masjids, an outdoor sitting area with embedded lights, a water fountain, and more, we have made Icon Valley Phase 2 a beautiful, aesthetically pleasing society for our residents to live in. The commercial plots are available in 4 marlas, each plot has a 30 feet dedicated parking area, located mostly on the 100 feet wide Main Boulevard. These plots are available for companies and businesses to set up their stores, or for customers to invest in these plots and construct commercial plazas in our advanced, urbanized housing project. For both residential and commercial plots, we have maintained a very high quality of earth and development work to provide the best for our customers so that they get the highest standard in housing facilities. For the ease and facilitation of our customers, our plots are available for purchase on easy 3 to 4 Years payment/instalments plans. Possession of the plots will be available within 2 years. We allow construction to be started on possession of plots, before installments are even completed.

At our Phase 2 society, we also have enthralling, luxurious 5 marla villas for sale with the options of  3 and 4 bedrooms. Our spacious, lavish 5 Marla apartments are available with the options of  1 and 2 bedrooms. We also have an option of Luxury 3 bedrooms 10 Marla Facing golf course Apartments available for sale. Both villas and apartments are available on easy 3 to 4 years payment/installment plans.  All our plots, Villas and Apartments are available on a payment plan of 4 years and possession in 2 years. Icon Valley Phase 2 is a more comprehensive version of Phase 1, catering to our customer’s needs by offering a wider variety of options in property types and facilities. We have maintained our high standard of work that we promise to deliver, as well as building a society that is just as comfortable, secure, and luxurious.

  • This society is located on Raiwind Road, which stretches through the town of Raiwind, Lahore; a town well known for hosting a popular annual Tablighi Ijtema.

  • After finding an available and suitable plot of land on Raiwind Road, that was in the ownership of its previous owner since 1962, we purchased it for Icon Valley Phase I in 2008.

  • The total land area measures 208 kanals and the depth goes up to 1000 feet.

  • The front of the land on main Raiwind Road is 800 feet long, making it the housing society with the largest front on Raiwind Road.

  • Next, we started the paperwork for approval from the LDA which we received back in late 2009 to early 2010.

  • After finding an available and suitable plot of land on Raiwind Road, that was in the ownership of its previous owner since 1962, we purchased it for Icon Valley Phase I in 2008.

  • Our initial planned plot distribution had 3 blocks.

    • Block A for 10 and 11 marla residential plots.
    • Block B for 7 marla residential plots.
    • Block C1, C2, C3 for 5 marla residential plots.
  • In 2013 the planning layout changed, and a new plan was submitted to LDA that included a piece of land of 10 kanals to be dedicated to commercial activities and one of 5 kanals to be used for a public use community centre.

  • This final amended plan was approved with all necessary NOC’s (No Objection Certificates) from all the concerned government departments.

  • The earthwork, underground electrification and 60 feet wide main road were all completed by the end of 2014.

  • The construction of residential villas and apartments were also in full swing by late 2015 –
    early 2016.
