ABOUT
Icon Homes is our third housing project, located on the main Raiwind Road Lahore in Lahore Villas. We acquired the majority of the land for this residential society in the form of plots in 2018. The construction of these plots started in the second half of 2019 after obtaining LDA approval.
The location of Lahore Villas is very central and convenient as it is on one of the most key locations of Raiwind Road Lahore. It is located right on the junction between Ring Road and Raiwind Road, so as soon as you leave the society, there is an exit to Ring Road. This leads to all the major landmarks of Lahore and is therefore very easily accessible and not hard to find. Lahore Villas is surrounded by and adjacent to Fazaia Housing Society, and is very close to several key locations, such as being 15 minutes away from the Airport and DHA Lahore, 10 minutes away from Shaukat Khanum Hospital, 7 minutes away from Ferozepur Road, and only a few minutes away from Lahore/Islamabad Motorway. It is also only 11 minutes away from Emporium Shopping Mall, Johar Town, and 5 minutes away from Safari Garden Lahore.
Lahore Villas is a smaller, more intimate society than our Icon Valley Phase 1 and 2 projects, but the standard of our residences and facilities are of the same excellence. We use the finest, imported construction materials and furniture, as well as having the same standards of development, including water reservoirs, underground electrification, and sewage systems, rainwater channels, maintenance services, and waste management services, etc. as our other projects, keeping it up to par as a high quality, luxurious and comfortable society to live in.

This society is located on Raiwind Road, which stretches through the town of Raiwind, Lahore; a town well known for hosting a popular annual Tablighi Ijtema.
After finding an available and suitable plot of land on Raiwind Road, that was in the ownership of its previous owner since 1962, we purchased it for Icon Valley Phase I in 2008.
The total land area measures 208 kanals and the depth goes up to 1000 feet.
The front of the land on main Raiwind Road is 800 feet long, making it the housing society with the largest front on Raiwind Road.
Next, we started the paperwork for approval from the LDA which we received back in late 2009 to early 2010.
After finding an available and suitable plot of land on Raiwind Road, that was in the ownership of its previous owner since 1962, we purchased it for Icon Valley Phase I in 2008.
Our initial planned plot distribution had 3 blocks.
- Block A for 10 and 11 marla residential plots.
- Block B for 7 marla residential plots.
- Block C1, C2, C3 for 5 marla residential plots.
In 2013 the planning layout changed, and a new plan was submitted to LDA that included a piece of land of 10 kanals to be dedicated to commercial activities and one of 5 kanals to be used for a public use community centre.
This final amended plan was approved with all necessary NOC’s (No Objection Certificates) from all the concerned government departments.
The earthwork, underground electrification and 60 feet wide main road were all completed by the end of 2014.
The construction of residential villas and apartments were also in full swing by late 2015 –
early 2016.
