In Icon Valley Phase 2, we have commercial plots available for sale. These plots are of 4 marlas and are 30 x 30 ft, with a total area of 900 sq.ft. All of our commercial plots have a dedicated parking space of 30 ft and can be constructed up to 72 ft in height, in accordance with new LDA bylaws. These factors make our commercial plots a very lucrative and profitable investment.

An investment in a commercial plot with the construction of a commercial plaza can result in a very rewarding return on investment if rented out. The ground and mezzanine floors can be rented as commercial outlets while the upper floors can have offices or apartments built to be used or rented. The approximation of the rental value of one 4 marla plaza is around 200,000 Rs. per month.

Our commercial plots are available in several different locations for example on our 100 ft wide Main Boulevard and 30 ft road in the society. There are location charges that apply to these commercial plots of 10% on top of the standard rate, if the plot is located on the main boulevard, is a corner plot, or is facing the park and golf course. If two of these location factors apply then a 15% location charge is applied. Commercial plots are available to be purchased with a 30% down payment and the rest can be paid in an easy 3.5 year payment plan in installments.
